Dear colleagues,

We would like to inform you about the next series of events that will be organised by the partners in the framework of the Capacity4food project  during June and July 2015.

The partners are about to start the implementation of a 2 days workshop that will merge one session devoted to replicate the learning outcomes that were achieved so far, and one session as a National Matching Event.

the second CAPACITY4FOOD Train of Trainers and the first National Roundtable has been organised together by the University of Ghana during the 18th – 20th of March.

The main objectives of the training session were to increase the knowledge of the CoE staff members on bio physical and socio economic analysis of farmers field and livelihoods.

Dear colleagues,

the first CAPACITY4FOOD training has been hosted at the University of the Gambia and opened by the Vice Chancellor Prof: Muhamadou M. O. Kah and the Project Scientific Coordinator, Germán López from the University of Alicante.

It took place at the University of the Gambia, Gambia, from 3rd June to 5th June 2014.

the CAPACITY4FOOD needs analysis is now available on our website!

It is the result of an in-depth analysis of the needs of Universities and also stakeholders in the fields of ISFM and Food Security.

Different questionnaires have been designed to have the possibility to obtain the relevant data from each of our targets: universities, local farmers, ONGs, organisations, national authorities, beyond the CAPACITY4FOOD consortium.
